Once again I am 100%% satisfied with the services I received from RedCat PC. I had to get the system updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10; I was expecting to lose stuff so I put photos, documents, and apps on a flash drive. I was also expecting to have to re-enter all the passwords that had been saved but much to my surprise everything was still there. I am always impressed with the high quality services they give. Very impressed with the quick service that I experienced with Anthony. I dropped my computer off and one hour later he called and told me he fixed the problem and I could pick it up. I depend on my computer for my business. The cost of repair was fair. Redcat is my new go to place for computer repair and they showed me refurbished formerly leased computers that they sell at a fair price with a 90 day warranty. My experience with RedCat PC has always been excellent, I have had many visit to Redcat from computer repair to a the purchase of a new laptop. Anthony and Mike were always very friendly and professional with a my special needs exspecially setting up my home office. I had to several different components moved and re-hook up in order to be able to work from home. Anthony was very knowledgeable and incredibly patient though the whole process. I not only had everything ready to go to work by the time he left but I also got a follow-up call to see if I needed any assistance with any of my new computer hardware.
